I am so tired,just woke up with stabbing pain in left side,haven't a clue what it is??has anyone else had this??Thought I had been asleep for ages,had less than an hour!!!!I am fed up of this now!!!!

I don't think it will anything to worry about, could just be a little symptom of anxiety. Go back to sleep :)
