An anxiety miracle worker

I'm 21 and have THE WORST anxiety... From OCD to health anxiety.. You name it. It hasn't gotten that bad until this year. I needed to find something that can calm me down- other than meds. I have frequent panic attacks,. And I came across a miracle worker from my psychiatrist over the summer.

Has anyone heard of or used an Alpha- Stim machine? It's literally my best friend. look it up! suggest it to anyone with anxiety.. Insomnia.. Or ADD

I've just read a few things about this and it sounds really gud did u have to pay for it? Or did ur therapist provide it? Did u not panic about using it as it can cause dizziness ? Thank you
