Really sick of this!

Daily chest pain is really starting to do my head in now! I have had it on and off DAILY for like 6 months now and still none the wiser as to what it is.. I know people will say anxiety but I always feel ok when having it. does anyone get the same and even wen resting??? I'm lying in bed now with chest pain ATM :(

I went through a stage like this and had chest pain and heart palpitations daily for like 2 weeks went hospital number of times cuz of it ecg's was always normal so i just accepted that it must be anxiety and since then i havent had them half as much

I try my best to just think to myself it's just anxiety but it still comes back :/ even distracting myself doesn't help

Yeah it took me a couple of weeks of constantly sayin its just anxiety for it to stop it bein so scary i still get it sometimes but i aint as scared of it anymore
