Stomach pains

Having the worst day today have had tummy pains all day tried some mylanta didn't work think it's just wind but my anxiety is making me think it's something life threatening. Just can't seem to calm down

It sucks doesn't it I know it's just my flavour of the day meaning it's what my anxiety has picked to freak me out about today but doesn't help... sometimes i just feel crazy

I think mine is just my ibs messin with me and then anxiety wants to pop in and try tell me its something worse :(

Ive had this pain on and off for 2 weeks been to so many doctors aha & they say its nothing bt the IBS medication doesnt seem to workin

I feel your pain 😫 I suffered with IBS for 5 years going from one extreme to the other mine then just stopped
