This drives me crazy... The smallest of tasks ie. shopping, cause my to break out in a sweat and I feel really hot. When I check my temp it is normal, yet I still have this awful feeling. I also find sometimes I feel like I am rushing through (anxiety sneaking in there) when I'm not intentionally meaning to. Does anyone else experience this when shopping especially?
