feeling rubbish.

my left arm is aching so bad today deep heat wouldn't take it away so I've took a paracetamols hoping they work. it's making me feel not well in my self for some reason :( also having chest pains so ended up ringing doctors and got an appt for 4:45. I think it'll be another wasted journey as they never help me. anyone else get achy arms?

Hiya :) not bad I'm back tomorrow for a full check up, x rays and a tooth out! Hope I'm as good as yesterday..
I woke up with this ache in my arm. I get it everyday on and off and I don't have a clue what it is..
