Just wanted to share a fantastic and useful resource produced by St Vincent's Hospital in Sydney, Australia. The CBT course I am currently participating in is run by a local Australian university and these manuals are the crux of the work we are covering. I am not connected to the University or being paid but as I am a participant in the course I decided to ask where the info/structure/materials came from. I would like to help my fellow friends on here who cannot access help for a variety of reasons and would like to work through at their own pace.
The course is run by psych students who are doing their masters and is overseen by a lecturer in Psychology at the university. I have only been to the first session but it was very informative and am looking forward to the next 10 weeks.
Much love to all on here x
Hope this link works!!!
