I've had all kinds of crazy anxiety symptoms in my life and I have never had a sore throat because if it. Is there a reason you think it's because anxiety? Maybe it's just sinuses. I know mine have been acting up since it just started to get cold where I live (down south). I had a sore throat one day out of the blue and have had a running noise for a few days.

You may have had some kind of sore throat, or just a feeling that you got overwhelmed by. If you did have a sore throat and was worried it would get worse, become infected, etc... the feeling could still be there. Remember, you have nerves all over your body that aren't just effected by infections, viruses, or sores.
