Oh lord....winter is approaching and anxiety is stronger than usual

how long until my body adjust to this? Its been raining for 3 days straight and I noticed my anxiety is worse when it starts getting colder. I know this is typically normal, but how long until my body adjust?

You must be on the east coast like me. It is triggering my anxiety, big time. I always have the worst time with my anxiety during the winter and fall months. I seriously think I have an issue with SAD.
