This morning I went to our local Farmer's Market with my hubby and my Mum, who is staying with us at the moment. We stocked up on fresh veggies and fruit and then walked our dogs in a beautiful wild open space close by. Now we're back home. I'm messing around on the computer. Hubby is working on some DIY project in the garage. Mum is outside in the garden reading. Doggies are scattered around me on their beds sleeping.

I am feeling ok pretty much so far today, as long as I don't think too much about anything. There is something coming up in a couple of weeks that I am very anxious about (going away with friends for a long weekend and I'm really nervous about a number of things). But for now I'm just trying to stay in the moment. Later this afternoon I plan to do some yard work and also need to clean the house a bit. Then another dog walk is on the cards. Home-made pizza from scratch (hubby loves to cook!) and watch a DVD this evening. Just simple, everyday things. I'm grateful that, so far today, my anxiety is on the back burner. I know that can change at any time so I just wanted to record a period where I feel ok for a change, instead of always writing about feeling bad!

What are you guys up to today and how are you feeling? Wishing everyone the best!!

So pleased your having a good day and it's true writing about the good times is great as we can always read it back when days get too much. Well my day has consisted of being a taxi lol. Had my son at football this morning then at his dancing this afternoon a little Xmas shopping while he was there. Now I'm babysitting my 4 year old niece while my sister has a night away with friends. I've been anxious a few times but managed to distract myself. I'm struggling a little now as its 11 here and everyone's asleep. I plan on putting a film on in bed to distract myself. Hope you enjoy the rest of your day and your anxiety keeps away :-)

That homemade pizza sounds absolutely delish, Tailspin.. :) Normal, everyday, little things are just plain old good.... :)

My day was full of trying to stay busy..went for a long drive, did some yard work and cleaned around the house. Read a good book, went shopping and ate a turkey sub for dinner..I successfully fought back 3 different panic attacks and dealt with chest pain..Ha, I didn't want to be a downer and ruin the positive vibes, so I'm just really happy at the fact that I stayed focused and kept myself from having a full blown attack. I'm pretty tired, but I feel pretty damn good right now.. :D
