manic episodes

I have been having a lot of anxiety lately.. I have had a lot of irfational thoughta ans paranoia.. I have besn really edgy and anxious... tonight I'm goin through whaty dr calls a manic episode.. where I am wired and can't sleep.. axious as anything.. I took my sleep medications and am hoping they will kick in and ill be able to sleep soon.. one time I couldn't sleep for 2 days I was talki ng to myself by day 2.. has anyone experianced somethong like this.?

Sleep deprivation will sometimes lead you to see or hear things for one. And anxiety can lead to many things and we all experience differently. Te one thing most of us can agree upon is we don't like it.
