Chest is so warm

My chest is burning up, so uncomfortable. Anyone else deal with this ?

What have you eaten? I know almost anything can give me heartburn and make my chest burn..

Yes it is. I always feel it when I'm more anxious than normal.

It's off and on mostly all the time, when
I'm not feeling my best, anxiety wise . When I'm having good days, I don't feel it.
