Dizzy spells

Are it when you get dizzy out of nowhere like just now while I was out eating breakfast then that panicky feeling in your stomach...

I always get dizzy spells,they drive me mad!!!!!They come out of nowhere most days!!!!!

I get really bad dizzy spells, too.

Dizzy/lightheaded is one of my symptoms. It's crap & can last for days. I read somewhere when you body pumps up anxiety some of the chemicals in the blood cause blood vessels in the brain to constrict leading to the symptoms.

I get dizzy a lot as well. Glad to hear it's not just me! I lay down or sit down when it happens. Also a good time to practice your deep breathing!

I also get a weird feeling like the ground is caving in! It's hard to describe but scares the crap out of me!!!!
