Hello - I am new to the forum and have been dealing with stronger and more persistent bouts of anxiety. I am hoping this forum can be helpful to me. It looks promising. I really am hoping to make progress.

I read posts from others on various thoughts. How do I join chat rooms with others? I don't get how to "plug in" with the members.
