Bad head again!!!!!

I had a headache in the sides of my head earlier,now it feels like a massive pressure in my forehead!!!!It doesn't help when I am thinking the worst-i hate anxiety!!!does anyone else get this??

I am dealing with this RIGHT now. I've been clenching my jaw from this new medicine, and I am completely miserable right now. It feels like I have two people pushing at my temples really hard. I took some Tylenol earlier and again now. Ugh!!
