Suffering from blurred vision and having headache

Hi, I am suffering from blurred vision and often have headaches. I fear it is some transient disorder, but it could be something more serious. Can someone suggest me as to what to do? Your suggestion would be highly appreciated. Thanks!

Are you taking any medications?I am going through the same thing but its from a new medicine my doctor gave me..

These are some of the symptoms I receive from stress, so if you're particularly stressed as of late or even tired, I'd put it down to that.

Try a week of early nights and early rises coupled with cold showers in the mornings and warm ones in the evening.
