does anyone else get all there physical symptoms when there feeling calm? I've been feeling ok for a while except having chest pains arm pains and shortness of breathe! that's what makes me think it's not anxiety when I feel good except having crappy symptoms on a daily basis.. are symptoms meant to stay constantly when you feel better jn yourself??

Sometimes they remain if though you are feeling bright and positive. Just do your best not to pay them any attention
