Does anyone get this?

my left arm (upper area near shoulder) goes numb every now and then, only lasts about 5 secs at a time but still worrying :/

I should get it checked out by. Dr for anything wrong with your arm and if there isn't you will know it is an anxiety symptom to deal with.
