Does anyone else experience - "Life like dreams?"
Sometimes I dream and I'm consciously aware that I am dreaming and because of this I'm able to control what happens in my dreams. I also Astral Project for years I could never put a name to my experiences until I typed my symptoms into the Google engine and it came up with Astral Projection. I'm not into the whole theories behind it because there's a lot of contradiction about Astral Projection and Astral Travel, all I know is when I'm extremely tired or stressed I can experience some strange things during the night while I'm sleeping.
Can this be related to my Anxiety? Does anyone else experience this?
