I keep feeling like my heart is beating funny. Maybe skipping a beat or something. I've counted the beats, none missing I can feel. Just don't feel right. We're increasing my Lexapro, so I'm trying to remember that it can cause increased anxiety, but it's driving me crazy and making me freak out.

I get this feeling too which in turn sends my anxiety and racing thoughts sky high which then brings on palpitations and racing heart, nervousness and shaking x
