I have been trying for about a year with my husband, my periods are very irregular Im not sur if this is due to anxiety or not as Ive always been anxious, what problems have you had?

Has anyone had troubles tryin to Concieve with there anxiety ?

I have been trying since January, I did conceive in March but miscarried in April. We have been trying since with no luck unfortunately. I do believe my anxiety has had an impact, i have gone through the pregnancy and anxiety workbook and that helped a lot with feeling more relaxed.
