Hi,
Im 25 year old female that worries all the time withou any reason.
Im happily married and all the time I worrei abou health of mine or my husband.
Im affraid I have cancer or other terrible illneses, I keep filling my throat is swollen but Im not sure if its my imagination or not. I cry a lot before sleep thinking that something horrible is gonna happen. Im affraid when my husband leaves the house to drive to work, i worry if he will get there safe.
I do not know how to live without feeling that something hurts me. Every day I feel like one part of me feels better but than something alse is bothering me.
:( i dont know what to do anymore. I really want to enjoy my life

Hey Szmall, welcome to the site :)

Sorry you are worrying so much. I too worry a lot about other people. Like when they leave the house, I always worry until they get back..I'd say it's normal cause I've been dealing with it for a long time, but it's not..it's just part of who we are..in fact it feels weird to not worry about something..like if I'm not worrying, something must be wrong, lol..it's terrible, but with some effort, you can enjoy your life! There's always hope, and great people here to offer support and advice!

I feel your pain, girl! I have so many negative feelings that affect my day-to-day life. Crazy thing is that I'm a HAPPY person! But there's something in my brain that doesn't let that happen sometimes. Good to meet you. Since we're both new here, maybe we'll see each other around on these boards. Have a good day!

You may have GAD(the most common anxiety type). But before stampeding down that path you'll need to talk with a therapist too see if there's something somewhere causing this anxiety in your past or present. That would be the first step IMHO. Alankay

I worry all the time too and it just add to my anxiety. Like Alankay says you should make sure you have nothing medically wrong with you and then you can deal with it properly. Anxiety is horrible and you can get so many different symptoms.
