Does anyone every feel like... Okay this will sound weird... But like you have a potato stuck under your rub cage right between your diaphragm and your stomach? It's like.... A knot of tension....

Does anyone every feel like... Okay this will sound weird... But like you have a potato stuck under your rub cage right between your diaphragm and your stomach? It's like.... A knot of tension....

Yes, I get that a lot and it seems to last all day when I get it.. It feels like something is stuck there and I can feel it through to the other side of my back..drinking cold water helps temporarily..that and I found out swimming does a good job of mitigating the feeling.. I don't know the right word for it, but tension is a good start, or a giant ball of stress.
