Chest pain now!!!!!!

Does anyone else get a sharp stabbing pain in their chest area,and arm pain?!!!I have woke up with this!!!!I am worried now,sick of this feeling,want it to go away!!!

Left arm pain just spikes up my anxiety :/

Yes my chest is hurting as of now and it's horrible :(

i call them little "zingers" where it feels like a cramp or pinch or spasm for a second, usually a second time, and then - nothing. Oh, and it's immediately followed by an adrenaline surge of course to top off the wierd feeling.

Yep getting sharp pains as I wright... Annoying but I've been checked out . It gets worse or better depending on my position . Causes lots of anxiety... Sucks
