Brain twitching / spasm?

Hello All,

Today I was a work talking to one of my clients, when all of a sudden I felt the left side of my head twitching. It felt as if my brain had a spasm.

It scared the hell out of me!!

Has anyone ever had this before?

I get them at times - It's perfectly normal spasms and twitching occurs when your stressed or extremely tired. Think back on that day and how you was feeling.
