Two days in a row now I've hardly had any symptoms it's been fab. I've had a few panicky moments but managed to stop them in there tracks with distraction. I no it sounds silly but I've started telling myself I'm going to have a good day tomorrow and it's working :-). I had a horrendous day on Saturday and I think I had just had enough of it. I can keep this up I'm starting to see a way out. My new meds must be finally working and I'm starting to feel like Hannah again instead of petrified :-) just felt like sharing. Thanks for reading :-)

Planing is good, but when panic hits I usually forget what to do. Not always though:))

I'm on fluxotine which are antidepressants and propananol beta blockers :-)

They are good meds if you stick with them. Initial time is tough though . Good luck Petrified:))
