Head rush?!?!

Last night I was trying to sleep my eyes were closed and all of a sudden I felt dizzy and like my head was spinning but I was lying down with my eyes closed..... Why did this happen

We're you overtired? That sometimes happens to me when I'm too tired

I don't know if this will help, but I feel dizzy whenever I am exhausted. I know I had a really long and hard day whenever I lay down and the world is spinning.
