for the last few days I've been finding it hard to take a deep breathe however hard I try, chest pains and arm pains,. by itself and all together at times.. :( can periods make you feel worse? cos even tho I've had all these symptoms I've been feeling calm as anything

My period makes my symptoms worse. Every month it's the same thing. I don't have any hormonal imbalance they have found. But the monthly influx makes it worse every time. Now that I know that is the case, it makes it slightly easier to ride them out.

Going through it now! Yes, I usually feel terrible during this time of the month and my hormones are all over the place.

I feel horrible before my period as well as the first couple days of my cycle. I experience racing heart, nausea, hot flashes, heightened anxiety, soreness and sometimes I just feel unwell; like I'm coming down with something.
