I haven't been 100% okay lately but my anxiety hasn't been at my worst.. but for some reason today I've felt that feeling like my heart was about to explode out of my chest for no apparent reason. I didn't think of anything bad or have a panic attack.. it just happened randomly.. like I was watching something on TV and bam, I had a shortness of breath for a few seconds or minutes then everything was fine and back to normal.. is this normal or should I be concerned? I feel like I should keep telling myself it's my anxiety acting up but I'm scared it could be a heart thing maybe. :/ I'm 23 years old and these things shouldn't be happening to me...
