Chest and back pain

So every time I move a certain way or something my chest will hurt and my bak always hurts.... Does this mean its muscular???

I often feel like that I think it's because my anxiety makes me tense up causing my muscles to ache. I bought a hand held massager that I plug in its fantastic and really helps. Also hot baths help me :)
