Well,I still have a bad head,and tightness in the neck region,I am really starting to worry now,what if it isn't just a headache???my ears hurt as well,wish it would just go away!!!!any ideas??!!

Ive been getting this tension/pressure in my neck, shoulders, head so lookef into it. Its apparently all common with the stress of anxiety and body been tense all the time.

I think that part of the head is especially common for anxiety pain.
