ami going crazy?

I've had anxiety and deprresion for about 5 months. My dad has it too so he's been alot of help. Bu I still have these days where i feel like im going crazy and whatever ever doesnt feel right i blow it way outta proportion. i guess i just need somebody to talk to:(

If you're going crazy then I am too - and a lot of other people on this forum.

Anxiety does cause you to feel highly frustrated and these feelings can easily feel like they are getting on top of you. This isn't the same as going crazy.

We're not crazy, we just need to change the way we let things affect us. Don't feel like you have to be in control of things that you can't control. Believe me, that is easier said than done, I know....we will all make it.

When my anxiety started I completely felt like I was going crazy. You are probably not going crazy, but just noticing that things aren't right the way that they are.

Hang in there, actively seek help, message any of us if you have more questions.

I feel like I'm going crazy sometimes. This is gonna seem really strange, but it always happens on an evening when it gets dark! I'm not scared of the dark, but it's always happening and it really annoys me.

I am seeing the doctor tomorow to try and sort it out, I just hope he can change my medication so I can start feeling more "Normal" again!

your not going crazy lol. before i knew what was wrong with me i thought i was goin crazy, i started going into depression cause i didnt understand what was going on. but just got to the doc and get some meds for it and itll help you through until you find healthy ways to deal with it.
