Does the worrying ever stop

Im so stressed and i worry every min of everyday i wish i couldnt stop worrying please will someone tell me it gets easyier :(

I'm in exactly the same position it's exhausting, but reading through some older posts on here looks like there is hope. I've been a worrier as long as I can remember but not to the extent it's at now. Have you tried cbt? I'm waiting for my course I'm hoping its going to help :-)
