Hi Friends,

I am just new here and seeking for some inputs and help from all you.
I have been suffering from anxiety, negative thoughts, fear and panic problem since 8 years and recently since 3 years i have been facing leg pain problem as well.
I have been under medication since then for anxiety and have done all the relevant diagnosis for leg pain, but nothing seems to come up for the cause.
I have read about the kava kava 5-htp valerian gaba and l-theanine herbs on google giving positive effects.
Is this herbs are ok to take and can it cause some positive change in my anxiety and leg pain problems.
Also i request you share me information for the reliable brand and company for which i can purchase this products and link.

Further requesting some valuable information on how to tackle with anxiety.

I have recently heard of people getting "restless legs" with some of the medication they take. If you take meds perhaps it is a side effect from some of them.

It is worse to have depression and a physical illness as well. I have recently had two knee operations and it was all too much to put up with.

I found a mindfulness course together with meditation has helped me. I have also recently tried hypnotherapy and found that is helping too. You have to work hard and practise them every day, but definitely help.

I find it worth trying anything anyone suggests to you.
