Hope you managed to stop drinking. Drinking is not the answer to anxiety and depression because it makes it worse.
You need to find something else to do rather than drinking when you are feeling bad. I use meditation and hypnotherapy CDs are really good and take you out of the bade moment for long enough for you to start feeling better.
Have you other techniques, rather than drink, which you could use?
