I do, usually when something in particular is bothering me my breathing gets really labored and my chest hurts :(

when anyone has a bloated belly or something or indegestion does that cause u chest pains? my bloated bellys gone after a gaviscon and pains for now (touch wood)

I think the bloated ness causes the pain most the time. Cause now I'm fine after a nap . I had some gurgles while laying. I'm sure mine Is mostly muscular and like you said bloated and gas and what not
