So today at work I had a series of heart palpitations, I'm used to random palpitations untriggered however the palpitations intensified and lasted for longer than usual. I feel them mostly in my neck. The fact that the palpitations lasted for so long triggered a panic attack but this time I got a symptom I never felt before an intense pressure and almost popping of my ears...I have been attack free for a long time, today was completely out of the blue no triggers really..has anyone felt the ear symptom with the heart palpitations ?? I'd really appreciate some input
