moving house and anxiety

Im moving house its so stress full and my anxiety is going threw the ruff :( my arm is hurting :( just wanna cry

Moving is soooooooo stressful. Hang in there!!! Hopefully you will soon be in your new place and your anxiety will start to settle down.

Im currently in the process of moving too, think of it like this, after a few weeks you will be settled in and all this stress will be over nothing! Like tailspin said, moving is stressful but think in the long run, hang in there x

Sure moving is ................... a big move:).... so often anxiety provoking but you will calm down and get settled soon. Alankay

Thanks guys, im so tired packing and carrying heavy boxes all day really tires me out but your right last time i moved it was the first time i had experaniced heart palpitations was scary but got threw it and they stopped :)
