does anyone's anxiety pains wake them up thru night? I woke up to a sore upper left arm

I have this too, and they think there is something up with my shoulder joint, and possibly carpal tunnel in the lower part. It happens at night when I lay on my side. I get a dull pain, and also sharp shooting pains in the back of the arm. You?
