Burning mouth syndrome

Hi,
Has anyone experienced burning mouth syndrome,research shows it is a symptom of aniety? if so what symtoms did you have and did you find any respite from it. Mine is mainly in the soft palate around the tonsils, lasts for months,had it on and off for years tests show nothing nasty but very uncomfortable and distracting. It increases my anxiety because I cannot help focusing on it all day.

Are you sure it isn't heartburn?

If it even possibly could be, let me know, because I know the cure for heartburn.
