I have the same thing. My doctor thinks it is carpal tunnel syndrome. Every day, I have shoulder, elbow, and hand pain. On the left side no less, so of course it trips my anxiety wire. :(

I have upper arm and lower arm numbness and pain just feels weak and I get pains in my hands and fingers too :( everyday mostly left side but sometimes right. does it sound the same as u?

Yes, those are my exact symptoms. Honestly, sometimes I wake up and my left arm, from shoulder to fingers, is completely numb. My hands ache constantly, but especially my left. My elbow area on the left is tender sometimes too, where I can't rest it on anything - on the inside, by your "not-so funny" bone. :) The cardiologist I saw today said that it would typically be coupled with chest pain or tightness, if the pain in the arm was from the heart. Made me feel a bit better.

I do get chest pain daily too it's like a sharp pain under my left breast but I've had that about 4 month. then the arm pains started and now I've got both :/ everytime I ring a doctor they say it's anxiety

I have been told the same thing, but went to a cardiologist today to rule out heart issues. I'll have a stress test and ultrasound next week. I will def post and let you know what happens!
