Dreams!!

Hey all....... I have been having some seriously crazy dreams and they all seem sooooo very real! I feel as if I'm not even sleeping cuz I'm trying so hard to stay alive in my dreams!!! Anyone else have this issue of brain on overload when sleeping?!?!? Or is it my brain tumor again?!?! 😏

Don't know much about it, but I do seem to have more violent dreams when my anxiety is bad.
