Anxiety or MS?

Hi, I'm 18 years old and I've recently got the these symtomes.
-Really weak arms and legs. (which seems to be getting better)
-Hands fall asleep easier than normal
-Dull pain behind the eye sometimes. Very slight blurryness every once and awile.
-Sometimes my arms feel very warm kinda like burning.

I just read about the symtomes of MS and they match up very well to. I had blood work and everything came back normal.

Oh, and when im just sitting there its like i HAVE to move my feet... they like build up energy and it feels like the muscles on my big toe are being ... maybe strained.

Oh, also it started with the weakness in the arms and got progressivly worse than moved to the legs. It got kinda better than I drank and the next day I could barely sleep b/c of the feeling in my legs. I went to the ER and they found nothing and ATM it is getting better though there is muscle tighness and more than normal twitching in my feet right now.
