Freaking out

My parents are away and I feel terrible on edge and like crying I also have a sinus infection ...... My head feels weird I have weird eye symptoms and I can feel my heart I feel like I'm dying

I'm sorry you're having a rough time. Do you have something you can take? Do you live with your parents? Try to remember, it's all just anxiety.

I take a hot bath to calm down nearly every night, drink some hot tea.

All these are normal you sound like your having a panic attack, reading about panic attacks helps me as it explains racing heart beats ect are part of panic attacks so you don't feel alone. The sinus infection is likely to raise your temperature and make your eye's feel weird thats normal too :) x

I completely understand that feeling. I feel just like that when I am alone all day while my husband is at work. He works 12 hour shifts so it's rough at times.
