Head pressure/similar to dehydration

My anxiety has actually been fairly low for the past couple of weeks but I've had an odd pressure-like headache intermittently everyday for a few weeks. I wouldn't describe it as a true headache...hard to explain. Almost like a dehydrated feeling but I'm not dehydrated. Will call the doc this week...but of course I have brain cancer thoughts accompanying my concern. I'm not obsessing about it but this feeling is really strange...

Ah I've had this the past 2 days, it's like a strange sort of pressure on the inside of my head where my forehead is. Like you said it doesn't really hurt it just feels strange. I'm trying to just ignore it since I had panic attacks a few days ago but I hope it'll clear up soon. After all I'm trying to stay calm.

Maybe a tension headache....or maybe you are a little dehydrated and need to drink more water.
Or....maybe you are lacking on sleep. I get that feeling sometimes snd usually a good nights sleep with a cup of chamomile tea helps me.
