Hows everyone feeling todau?

I've got a sore left arm and hand keep getting little pains in my fingers and arms.. anyone familiar with this?

I know exactly how you feel. In June i started with random left arm pain radiating to my fingers. Of course when it began I went to the ER And they told me it has nothing to do with my heart but they can't figure out what causes it. Now it has been hurting for almost a week and still freaks me out a little.
