my left hand is just weak achy and sore.. it's annoying me cos I can't stop thinking about it :/ even tho I've had it before. paracetamol don't work :(

Why don't you try taking 2 paracetemol and 2 ibuprofen together. A and e told me it was total safe to do this as long as its only 4 times in 24 hrs :-)
