Me too I wish it would do one. I often think I'm having a great day but it's always lurking in the background :-(

Haha iknow exactly how you feel. I finally get myself to get out of bed and try to act like a healthy person and actually move around and I'm finally starting to feel good and I get these annoying chest pains.

Yeah it's never far away I will be fine all day settle down to sleep then wham, my arm goes numb and tight chest so that's my sleep out the window as I'm definitely having a heart attack lol. I must be one lucky person as I've had about 20 heart attacks this past month and survived lol :-)
