Left arm pain ...

I have been having a lot of left arm pain and shoulder pain and pressure.. My arm is sore like its bruised ??? Any idea???

I get this on a daily basis I've had loads of tests but it always comes back as anxiety. It can be quite painful and scary I normally find some painkillers help :-)
