Does anxiety do this to you too?

Hey guys i need some answers out of no where i feel like crap with no symptoms tho does anxiety do this to anyone?

Anxiety will mae you feel sensations as well as symptoms. You won't feel like your usual self and this can come out of the blue. It won't go away overnight. you just have to keep reminding yourself it's all down to anxiety and don't focus on emotions or worries.

Thanks ed!! I figure it could be anxiety i didnt have no symptoms plus i went to rule out test today at the cardio everything is good just high blood pressure but thats nothig ill get it back down
